No commercial purpose
Minedor is a personal project, offered free of charge. The site sells nothing, shows no advertising, offers no in-app purchase, no subscription, no sponsored content and no affiliate link. No data is sold, rented or passed on to a third party for commercial purposes.
The site loads no external resource: no font, no script, no image, no analytics hosted anywhere else. The only outbound links on these legal pages point to the host and to the Belgian Data Protection Authority; the content of those sites is the responsibility of their own publishers.
Intellectual property
The Minedor game, its code, its texts, its images, its textures, its music, its sound effects, its name and its visual identity are the property of the publisher and are protected by copyright.
Any reproduction, distribution, adaptation or re-use, in whole or in part, on any medium whatsoever, is forbidden without prior written permission — with the exception of short quotations and links to the site, which are always welcome. To request permission, write to contact@minedor.be.
The game is built on open-source libraries, used in accordance with their respective licences; those remain the property of their authors.
Liability
Minedor is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The publisher does not guarantee continuous availability of the site, nor the absence of errors, nor compatibility with every browser and every device — the game requires a recent WebGL-capable browser.
Your progress is stored in your browser's local storage. It can disappear if you clear your browsing data, change device or browse in private mode. The pause menu offers an export code for you to keep yourself: that is the only backup, and it belongs to you.
The publisher cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from use of the site, from its unavailability, from the loss of local progress or from the removal of a score.
Governing law
The site and this notice are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the Belgian courts have sole jurisdiction.
